Return Policy

Every item I make is carefully hand crafted to the highest professional standards. Due to the nature of hand crafted items there may be some slight irregularities in the item you receive. This is called character and is probably why you are buying handmade. I never ship anything that I feel is flawed in appearance or function, as I would like your return business. I am also unable to control your monitor settings, ambient lighting in your viewing area, and general mood while viewing the pictures of these items. The color may be slightly different in person than what you see on your screen. If you are concerned, please contact me and I will do my best to awkwardly describe it to you using things you might have seen in real life.

If the item arrives broken or damaged I will replace it. In the event that it does arrive damaged contact me within 7 days of receiving the package. Please also include photographs of the damaged item and I will exchange it.

Except in the case mentioned above, I do not offer returns. All sales are final. Please keep in mind that I am basing my career off your positive word of mouth. I make every effort to ensure that the item you receive is of equal or greater in value than what you paid for it. Shipping Policy

 

All in stock items will ship the following business day. Everything is shipped USPS First Class mail unless otherwise noted. I will notify you once the item has shipped. Please allow 24 hours for the tracking code to go live. If you have any questions about availability don't hesitate to contact me. I have never had an item lost in the mail. That does not mean it can't happen. I cannot be held accountable for items lost in transit. If you are concerned about your item being lost please inquire about shipping insurance. It is usually a very small fee and provides little piece of mind.
